Pre Natal Yoga
does anybody know any places that specialize in this? I was going to Prana in St. James but they don't have prenatal. I was doing Vinyasa but now I am getting later in my pregnancy.

they don't?? It says they do on their website! That was one of the ones I was considering.

Don't know where you are, but Breathe N' Flow Yoga in Freeport is fantastic.

I second Breathe N Flow Yoga, also try Always at Aum yoga in West Babylon- Heather is the pre-natal teacher there. I think Bearfoot Yoga in Bay Shore may also have pre-natal classes as well.
