Grilled chicken
I'm going to make chicken breasts on the grill later.
Give me an idea of something different to marinate it in. I feel like we always do the same old same old (BBQ, teriyaki).

Grilled chicken
balsamic dijon!!! take balsamic, a bunch of dijon, olive oil, s&p, if you have any rosemary throw it in, with a couple crushed cloves of garlic. if you have any oranges, throw in some peel (i did this with a clementine last time, and had a snack!). put the chicken in and smush it around.
you also do lemon dijon - lemon juice and peel, dijon, salt and tons of pepper, garlic, rosemary, honey. can also add in some white wine if you have it.
if you use these, because they are so acidic (especially the lemon), you can't marinate it for too long because it will start to cook it.

Re: Grilled chicken
Thanks for sharing. They came out delicious, and remained very juicy & flavorful. This is going to be my new go-to for grilled chicken.
