1) How old is your child? She will be 3 in July.

2) how many days will he/she be attending? She will be going 5 days a week.

3) what are the hrs? 9-2:30 pm

4) Is it the first time going to some sort of program/school? YES!

5) Are you SAHM/FTWM,etc? FTWM

If your child is going to nursey school this Fall..

1: 4
2: 5 days
3: 7:30-3:30
4: No daycare and preschool 3 year old program (3days 7:30-12:45)
5: FTWM

If your child is going to nursey school this Fall..

will be 3 in May
3-5 days (not sure where yet)
2-4 hrs (depending on which school I pick)
In a 2's program now 2 days a week 9-1

4) Is it the first time going to some sort of program/school? No, DS went this year as well to the 2's program (2 days a week - 9:15-12:30)

5) Are you SAHM/FTWM,etc? FTWM but my DH is a SAHD

Just turned 3 in march

Pixie in wantagh. 3 days a week, 2.5 hours each day

No she's in school now same times


I work ft. But don't go in until 12pm and my dh is home for pick up

He did slow separation this past Sept-Jan. Now he isn't.

Yes, and I am very nervous that he will not adjust

I am a FTWM. He has been with my mom since he was 3 months old. So this is going to be VERY hard for me as well - trusting him with someone I don't know

1) How old is your child? he will turn 3 on November 9th... and he'll start nursery school in September. So not quite 3 years old.

2 days a week

just 2.5 hours each day... 9-11:30.

yes. i take him to Little Gym, library, and a mommy and me class now- but this will be his first drop off school/program.

5) Are you SAHM/FTWM,etc?
SAHM, BUT may be a PTWM in the fall. I'm a speech therapist, so i may try to pick up some part time hours/private clients in the fall.

Last fall was his first time

at 3, it was quite clear he needed more time with other kids, he was asking for it, and didn't want to leave school So we added a few more hours 2 days a week till next fall

Next fall

1) 3.5
2) 2 full days, 3 partial days
3) 9am-4pm, 10:00am-12pm
4) no
5) PT working mom


I think this was perfect for him, he adjusted to everything perfectly, never resisted going, never unhappy. It might be a different formula for another kid.

2) He is signed up for 5 days, but I am having a very difficult time with this. My DDs only went 3 at that age, but the school has since opened up a 5 day option and I was peer-pressured into that. I still have the option of reducing to 3 days though.

4) no, he goes to a 2s program now which is 8:45-10:45 Mondays and Fridays.

1) My three will be 2 in July.

2) They are attending 2 days a week (Tuesdays and thursdays)

3) 2 hours each day (9:30am-11:30am)

4) Yes this is the first time they are going to be in any type of drop off program. We have done Gymboree since they were 5 months old, but I have never left them.

5) I am a SAHM that desperately needs 2 hours to her herself two days a week so that way I can run into a store or just sit in a coffee shop in SILENCE!!!!
