They are almost the same diets, give or take some things...basically it's eating what cavemen ate/what God put on Earth. Both make sense to me. I've been doing a lot of reading and I'm interested in learning more, seeing if others have followed these and what the results have been.

I see above your avatar it says crossfit addict, that's so funny because the two people who talked to me about the paleo diet are also very into crossfit! It's basically like a low/no carb diet In that you should limit the grains and breads you eat and focus on meats, veggies, and fats and eat a small amount of fruit. No processed anything, no dairy, no alcohol. Correct? Have you seen results? Is this diet/lifestyle change helping with your crossfit and excerise?

Well yes and no. It is sort of low carb by default but you do not eat ANY grains or breads. No processed anything, no dairy, no alchol. All of that is correct. It is a great lifestyle and it really makes you think about what you put into your body. I just feel cleaner and lighter. Crossfit makes me stronger. There are cocount breads out there and Almond Flour breads also that you can have. You will find these items are much higher in fat but its healthy fats. I am a vegetarian and I still follow this diet. No beans, no legumes, and while at first this seems so limited the possibilities are endless once you begin playing with the recipes.
