Watermelon?
Has anyone gotten watermelon yet this season? Wondering if they're good yet. I think I remember they were last Memorial Day...but I was surprised.

Watermelon?
Yes, I have gotten a few and they have been great. I have gotten the ones that are the size of a vollyball. I've gotten them in Pathmark.

I've also been getting the smaller ones -- sometimes called "personal watermelons." And they've been SO good. Really sweet and juicy... and the little ones are really almost seedless (have fewer seeds and they are the white ones, not the hard black pits).

I always get 1/4 watermelon. Fairway has it on sale this week for 35 cents a lb. this way u can see how it looks on the inside. Just bought a piece today for under $2. Deelishhhh

DS loves watermelon and I've been buying the little ones for him at Trader Joe's, and this is over the past several months.
