Hypnobirthing or Bradley classes
So we hired a doula. Our midwife suggested we take one of these two classes. I priced around and the prices are kinda high. Has anyone taken these? Helpful?

Hypnobirthing or Bradley classes
I read the hypnobirthing book, and I thought it was good. Helped in delivery. I don't know how much more helpful the class would be.

I took the Bradley birthing course (12 weeks) I found it to be very helpful for me but even more helpful for my husband who was clueless. He was the one in the end who got me through my drug free labor. Thumbs up

Hypnobirthing or Bradley classes
Bradley all the way!!!! Not sure where you are but we took it in Sayville at a yoga studio (they also have prenatal yoga). The instructor was amazing. Good luck!

i'm doing hypnobabies on my own.
i'd have taken bradley but they were kind of out of my price range and too much of a time commitment for right now. DH and I are trying to work as much as we can right now.

I took a class that wasn't specifically Bradley, but was in that vein. It was expensive and several weeks of 2 hour classes, but WORTH EVERY PENNY AND EVERY MINUTE. If you are hoping for a drug- and intervention-free birth, I think the best thing you can do for yourself is be as mentally prepared as possible. Understanding what was going on with my body and my baby and my labor and having practiced and seen (we watched a TON of videos) so many kinds of pain-management techniques is how I was able to get through my labor without drugs.

Hypnobirthing or Bradley classes
we took the Bradley Method classes in the city with Mary Ester Malloy. I personally feel the classes were worth the $$, though very pricey! She has classes over the weekends at convenient times fyi...

Hypnobirthing or Bradley classes
I took a hypnobabies class - I was so happy with my choice and can't imagine having gone through it any other way. I highly recommend it to everyone!!!!!!!! check out the info - hypnoblissbirth
