Prenatal yoga classes
Hello ladies! I was a liweddings bride and finally signed up for lifamilies because I am now pregnant !!  Just found out we are having a baby girl and she is due Sept 23rd any other ladies due around the same time?
Just wanted to share I've been taking prenatal yoga classes at shine dance studio in setauket and I love it!!! I called around to a few different yoga studios but they didn't have classes that specifically catered to pregos. The teacher is super sweet, makes sure everything is safe and also a lactation consultant. Classes are only 50.00 for 5 sessions or 12 per session if u want to pay weekly. congrats and welcome and THANK YOU! I've been searching high and low for prenatal yoga classes! This is a little more than I wanted to spend but definitely will keep it in mind!

What day/time are the classes? I went on the Shine Dance Studios website and they aren't listed.

I'm taking a Friday 10:30am class I don't know if she has any others yet. I know she's trying to expand her classes

oh yea that def won't work for me- I need weekday evenings. I know a lot of the yoga studios offer classes temporarily. I was hoping if we could get a group of like 10 of us who are willing to go, maybe one of them will add a class for us.

Hi Ladies I spoke to the instructor and she can start classes Wednesday nights 7:30-8:30 at Avalon Park yoga studio. Anyone interested in that can email her [email protected]! Her classes are great

Yes!! The Baby is kicking and I really think I'm thrown an upper cut ever so often
