If you give allergy meds how many days in a row

The boys allergies are in full effect for the last week or so and I've started giving Zyrtec at night but I'm not sure how many nights in a row is safe and or should I have a break at least ?

DD#1 takes allergy meds almost every day from April to July or so and then again from September to November usually. I'm the same way. Lately even with the meds I have days that are bad.

I give Allegra day and night every day from mid April throb mid June.mshe has also started using Singulair when things got really bad. The doctor said its not as effective if not used consistently over time.
