Allergy and cold meds???
Can we take any, im miserable, stuffed nose, itchy throat, clogged head...ugggg so bad!!!

My OB okay'ed Benadryl and Claritin. As far as non-medicated things, Breathe Right strips have really helped me, and those saline nose drops are okay.
I'm suffering too this week. Feel better!

my doctor said these were fine:
sudafed
mucinex-d
tylenol cold & sinus
i took mucinex-d and it helped a lot.
