Mexican Fajitas
Does anyone know what mexican Restaurants use to marinate or what technique they use to cook their meat. I love that flavor and can never replicate!

Mexican Fajitas
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
Chopped Scallions
2 large cloves garlic
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
all per 2 pounds of meat
