Organic Meat???
I was wondering if anyone knows of any good CSA's or places to get organic meat. Chicken and Turkey but also Beef. I am actually interested in buying a while cow if that's possible.
I live near Suffolk County North Fork.
Side note: Does anyone eat organic and have any tips on where to shop and how to save money?

I don't buy organic meat all the time. But I do at Fairway. I find it is priced fair. I have at Whole Foods and Wild by Nature, but it gets expensive to do it all the time.

I haven't done a CSA with meat but I know I've read some posts about people buying a whole or half cow. Maybe try a search. I do get organic meat from shoprite and the prices aren't bad.

I can get organic chicken and now ground beef at Stop and shop. The only other places are Whole Foods and sometimes Fairway but neither of those are in Eastern Suffolk but I work in Nassau. Have you asked local butcher shops if they can get it for you? Might be more $$$ but if it's what you want, might be worth it.

I got a 1/4 cow from Kezialain Farm in Westtown. It's grass-fed certified organic and all the cuts are vacuum sealed. Highly recommend them!
