My girls are almost 21 months. One is very into potty training. Today she only had one wet diaper and we just started and she is doing so good. My other twin loves to sit on the potty but will not go yet. I know they are different and will do it at their own time. I also realize they are young.

I am having a hard time because both are in the bathroom since I don't want to leave one alone. I feel bad not giving one a special treat for using the potty and the other nothing. Has anyone had to deal with this?
