Finally did it- Officially switching RE's..
I am officially leaving my current RE. I have been fighting this decision bc I have so much invested in them but after 4 chemicals in a row, I have no choice but to make a change. My consult with her was good but I had to ask for another water sonogram and biopsy- she agreed and scheduled it. Why am I making my own treatment course? I feel I have been doing this the whole time.
So I have researched and gotten many personal FM's and have decided on Dr. Palter at Gold Coast. My OB even loves him and luckily he accepts my insurance. So here we go again! Hoping I have some success going in this different direction. Thank you all for the support, FMs, and encouragement! I hope we can have a get together one day and all meet!

 My sister used him. She loved him. I have a beeeeautiful niece and nephew now

Yay for switching !!!! I feel like going through infertility makes some doctors think we will just go along with whatever because we want answers...and babies... But they all aren't out to help us.

Hi - I am pregnant with twins thanks to Dr. Palter. I had a wonderful experience with him and his office. I can't say enough great things!

His office manager sounded wonderful- she was more than just a phone operator. Answered all my questions, even clinical ones. Very excited to start fresh!
On a side note, my acu was very optimistic, especially that me and DH bd'ed only once the day of my smiley and got preg. He thinks this is a sign for good things to come. I can only pray! Thanks for the good vibes, girls!

I am thinking I may just get the BW done. It's through quest and the results take three weeks so they will be sent to the old RE unfortunately. My new appt is not until the end of Aug so it should be back by then and hopefully I can transfer everything over.

That's awesome! It's crazy how you can have completely different experiences at RE offices. The first RE I went to almost made me abandon the thought of going through with this process.
I hope you find yourself at home with this new office and get your take home baby soon.

Thank you hun! I know, it was hard for me to make the switch bc I kept pacifying them thinking all offices must be this bad. Got so much feedback here and I just know it is time to let go. I am too loyal to a fault but I know when it is time to move on!

As a former patient of Dr. Palter I think you will be very happy with his office and staff. They are very organized, compassionate and truly caring people. Doreen, his nurse/everything is truly wonderful. No they did not get me pregnant but I have nothng bad to say about the practice. Good Luck!!!
