I make these "Cola Pork Chops" DH loves them. I use 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 cup BBQ sauce.

Pork chops with dijon herb sauce Love this one from skinnytaste.
I also like breading them and then throwing them on the grill.

I like this one:
Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker
I thicken the sauce on the stovetop when it is done and serve over brown rice.
I have also used boneless pork chops for this recipe:

I love the Skinnytaste one posted above and also the McCormicks recipe one with the apples, onions, and brown sugar...sooo good
