balsamic vingearette
i get compliments on it all the time. its so simple, i don't measure it though. 3 parts balsamic, 1 part water, 1 part EVOO. Generous salt, generous garlic powder. Shake well.

olive oil
salt
pepper
honey
dijon
grated garlic or garlic powder
herbs of some sort (optional) - herbs de provence are nice, or a couple shakes of italian seasoning, or if you have fresh herbs mince them up
i dont have measurements, it is all to taste.
minced/ granted shallots (optional)
