Gold Coast IVF/Dr. Palter
I've got my first appt with Dr Palter on Friday. Has anyone here seen him before? If so, any input on what to expect would be greatly appreciated!
TIA

Re: Gold Coast IVF/Dr. Palter
I did get the candle. That was a surprise! Lol
I'll definitely let you know how it goes. I'm nervous but hoping he can give us some answers/ guidance. I've had surgery for Stage iv endo twice, been on lupron for that, and my FSH and AMH numbers aren't great. So I'm just not sure what to expect.

Re: Gold Coast IVF/Dr. Palter
We are in the same boat! Except my FSH levels are slightly borderline, not bad. I am hoping he agrees to do another laporoscopy on me bc my last surgery to clear out the endo was in '04 and I am wondering if there's something going on in there. I am totally pain free so my acu thinks the endo is gone. Hoping we both get answers!!

Re: Gold Coast IVF/Dr. Palter
I went to the Center For Endometriosis care in Georgia for my second surgery. The doctors there were amazing! I wish I could have brought them back to NY. When I had that surgery in 2010, my dr here kept insisting the endo hadn't come back. But I knew what I was feeling. I hope yours I'd in check, but be your own advocate if you're concerned. Drs don't know everything!

Re: Gold Coast IVF/Dr. Palter
Hi,
I recently graduated from Dr. Palter's care and am pregnant with twins. I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Palter and his office staff. I live in Queens and took the trip to Syosset during my IVF cycle because i was so comfortable there. That was my personal experience with him. Best of luck!

Re: Gold Coast IVF/Dr. Palter
i saw him in 2009. We got pregnant on our 1st cycle trying (medicated b2b IUI w/trigger). I have no compaints. It was also easy to get an apptmt for monitoring and I didn't have to wait long. I appreciated that he took an aggressive approach from the beginning as I now have my son. Started to see him when we were ready to TTC #2 but we actually got pregnant on our own. Still, I saw him for the 1st few weeks of the pregnancy to make sure everything was ok and then was released to my OB. GL!!
