3 year old burping like crazy...
My son was NEVER a burper... Especially as an infant.. The last few weeks he is always burping after drinking and eating... He now thinks it is funny (thanks to his father) when he burps so he tries to make himself burp... He has a sensitive gut and he has come close to making himself puke when he keeps trying... How do I get him to stop it... I tell him not to make himself burp, it will happen on its own... I have cut his fluids down so he can't guzzle it. Which makes him burp more.... Is it normal for a child to just start burping like this???

He may be continuing for attention. Also ask Doc about hyertal hernia.
