I am 7w2d and I am ALWAYS hungry.

Honestly, I'm so focused on making sure I'm getting the right amount of carbs and protein that I haven't even looked at calories.

I personally dont care how many i am consuming and dont typically count calories...it just shocked me when I realized how frequently I was eating today and how they all add up.

How Many Calories do you think you consume?
I am eating my regular diet. Probably between 1800-2200 calories a day depending on my activity level. I try to make healthy choices most of the time.
