Defrosting meat
I took a London broil out of the freezer on Thursday and defrosted it in the fridge. At dinner time it was still a bit frozen. Do you think it is still good to make tonight for dinner?
Eta: we decided to do take out instead Thursday and said we will do the London broil another night.
