Gluten free bakeries ?
Any suggestions for gluten free bakeries? My SIL is hosting thanksgiving and she asked us to bring gluten free desserts and pumpkin pie. TIA

Nassau or Suffolk? In Nassau there's Bare Naked Bakery on Merrick Rd. in Bellmore.

Gluten free bakeries ?
Check out Whole Foods- many locations bake gluten free items to order. They also carry cheese cake and carrot cake made by The Liteful cheesecake that is really good.

High Hopes Bakery. They don't have a store front, but are located on LI. I was next to them at a fair recently and everyone was raving about their stuff.

Re: Gluten free bakeries ?
I've seen a sign for a gluten-free cake place on Merrick Rd in Freeport. I'm guessing they sell wholesale but might have a counter for walk-in orders too.
