Baby shaking his arms
My 8 week old has been shaking his arms and sometimes legs constantly. I notice it mostly when he is hungry and tired. He even does it while eating. Is this normal? I hate to see him shaking!!!

Baby shaking his arms
Its normal. Part of the startle reflex. My baby did this at birth very noticeably. My pediatrician checked her blood sugar levels just in case as it seems this can in some cases cause this. Everyone said it would stop around three or four months- and it did.

Baby shaking his arms
I find it so odd that this has only started week 7-8. It makes it so tough to feed him when he gets in a state!!
