Self-Help?
In a weird place mentally and a friend recommended reading a self-help book since I love reading so much. Can you recommend a good one? I'm need of focusing on me, my goals, ambitions, loving myself, etc.
Thanks!

I'm also feeling like I'm in a weird place. I got Brene Brown - The gifts of Imperfection. My cousin loves her but I really cant get into it.

Re: Self-Help?
I really liked The Tools: 5 Tools to Help You Find Courage, Creativity, and Willpower--and Inspire You to Live Life in Forward Motion
It's not self-help necessarily but it has some great ideas and I like the authors' tone.
If you like Jillian Michaels, she wrote a book called Unlimited: A Three-Step Plan for Achieving Your Dream.
I like reading about productivity and motivation, which aren't really self-help but could be. Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy talks about procrastination. The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg was also excellent.
