What tastes better older/as leftovers?
I love fresh food. I love how things taste straight out of the oven or off the grill. However, some food is just so much tastier after sitting in the fridge overnight or as leftovers. So I was curious as to what you think tastes better later rather than first made.
For me, most dips. They always taste better after its been mixed together and in the fridge for a while. I also think for some reason eggplant parm tastes better frozen and reheated then when it comes fresh out of the oven.

Chili for sure
And I agree, dips always taste better later on.

Re: What tastes better older/as leftovers?
I agree with stews, and similar to dips, potato salad needs to chill in the fridge for a while for the flavors to meld.

Pretty much any cheesy pasta tastes better the next day IMO. I love baked ziti leftover!
