For me, leftover Chinese....

me too, having it now.
Also, anything Italian. Meatballs, lasagne..love in the next day.
Also when I make chicken soup for some reason it's better the next day.

Definitely tomato sauce and soups. Baked pastas are good too, like ziti/lasagna.

cold stringbean and potato salad, the oil and vinegar really get absorbed....soooo good the next day.
