Can I freeze baked clam dip?
Its basically the stuffing for baked clams. Clams, bread crumbs, butter, onion, spices. I made some this weekend but have leftover. I was thinking about freezing it and serving it with the apps on Xmas. Think it will be good?

Re: Can I freeze baked clam dip?
I make that dip and I don't think it would freeze or actually defrost well But I've never done it.

Probably not a good idea. I think it will get soggy when you defrost.
