LI IVF girls who did IUI... I have a question and the office is already closed
Between the excitement of them calling me to schedule my IUI for Thursday I can't remember if I asked this question or not so I'll ask you ladies. Does DH need to be there with me? Or can I just bring his sample from home and go alone? We already signed our consent form, I don't know if they would need DH there for anything else.

I don't go to LI IVF but my DH never went to my IUI's with me. I just dropped off the sample at the office

I will be there Thursday, too!!!
Is it your first? Did he sign the consent forms? If so, you just need him to fill out the cup and being a copy of his license.
But if you both didn't fill out the forms, they won't take it without him present.
Wharf time will you be there?

Yay that's awesome! What time will you be there? I'll be there at 8:30. So I just need to bring a copy of his drivers license that's it? Also how do you transport the spermies? Lol do I wrap the cup in foil or keep it under my shirt for warmth?
ETA: yes this is my first IUI and hopefully last!

Sperm should be in sterile cup and kept close to the body to keep it at an optimal temperature.

Yup! As long as you both already filled out the consent forms.
I transport in sterile cup in brown bag in my pocket book. I'm in love with their lab - they work wonders. 2/3 cycles with them were bfp (but losses).
I'll be there at 8, so well see each other!

Omg your post just gave me the chills. I really am so excited to finally be starting this. I pray that I too have a great outcome. I'm excited that we'll see each other!! We'll pass off good luck to one another hehe!!! Thanks for giving me the info!! Oh and to the pp we do have a sterile cup.

Good luck... Brings me back to my iui done there n my dh carrying his sperm under his armpit.. Lol well girls bc of that iui I gave birth to my son last night. I keep staring at him n thinkin back to that day when it happened. I hope this is it for u!
