Thank you both. I did look into both. I think thatched cottage may be too much like a wedding type place.
I'm going to check out crescent beach club.
This is for dd's first bday.

you can try the Nprthport Yacht club. I think off season anyone can rent their room. In season you might need to be or know a member. Great views

Check out The View restauraunt on the crab meadow beach golf course site. They have pictures and pricing and there is also La Casa Cafe restauraunt right on the beach of crab meadow. They have a site with pricing as well.

Also, Centerport yaht club is a beautiful private beach front site. I'm considering this location for a communion party.
