At home workouts on 2nd floor
I live on the 2nd floor and when I do Jillian Michaels the people downstairs complain. They are always home. I have tried using multiple rugs for sound proofing.
Anyone have any ideas for a good at home workout with very limited jumping/loud cardio?

Is there such a thing? Even on a treadmill, you'd make noise. Is it a tenant or homeowner. Cause if it's a tenant, unless it's a crazy hour they're out-of-luck.
Wt training or yoga is quiet.

I have my own spin bike - you can get decent affordable ones for home use on Amazon. If you want to know the one I have let me know (I think ti cost around 250). They are really quiet, you get a great workout, and there is no jumping around noise at all. You can also get spin bike "classes" on youtube for free.

That's a tough one! I agree weights, yoga and Pilates. Try Jackie Warner power circuit and Kathy coffrey Meyer.
