Parties at Marconi Manor

Does anyone have experiences, good or bad? Also any pricing/what the menu is like. FM if you are more comfortable. I am looking specifically for a 1st birthday, but I'd take into about any party. I was thinking VFW, but after researching it might be the same price to do it at a restaurant, with no cleanup!

Re: Parties at Marconi Manor

I had my sweet 16 there (13 years ago Chat Icon). My sister had her sweet 16 there (14 years ago). She also had her engagement party there (8 years ago) and we've been to a few functions there (within 4 years). I don't know about pricing because I have never hosted a party there, but I like it. It's typical food - nothing great, but it tastes good, which you might not get everywhere for a good price. I know it's much less expensive than a lot of other places though. Good luck!

ETA - it's Italian food - penne a la vodka, sausage and peppers, etc.

My sweet 16 was there 14 years ago too! Sorry that I cannot comment on how they are currently, but I enjoyed my Sweet 16 there.

I went to a wedding there a few years ago. Bland is the only word I can think of to describe it. Its like a glorified VFW. Jmho

That's pretty much what I'm looking for! I don't want a 5 star menu/price for my DDs 1st birthday, I would just love a VFW type place that supplies the food and does the cleanup.
