Stomach problems help

Just checking to see if anyone that had stomach issues before, do fruits and vegetables seem to aggravate it more? What about coffee?

Editing to see if anyone can suggest "trigger" foods that may aggravate your stomach more. Thanks.

Re: Stomach problems help

Yes! I think I have IBS.
Coffee acts like a laxative to me.
I can't give it up, but I make sure a bathroom is always nearby and I NEVER drink coffee on the train. I wait until I get to work if I am working in the city!
Veges too- if I eat too much salad my stomach is a mess.

Re: Stomach problems help

IBS-C, lactose intolerant, GERD, and delayed gastric emptying...

No corn, peas, green beans
Too much of any type of fruit.
Butter even with my lactaid pills

Greasy foods kill me. I don't eat any fast food
Tomato sauce except home made
Sesame and poppy seeds
Grape jelly, some brands of peanut butter

I can be ok with some foods some times and get so sick the next time!!!

Re: Stomach problems help

I have Crohn's disease.
Fruits and veggies, fiber, fatty foods, fried foods, nuts, alcohol, caffeine, etc are no-nos in my diet.

Have you seen a gastro?
