I don't know if anything truly works...but the month I got my BFP I held my legs to my chest for 10-15 minutes after we DTD. Only did this the last month...the 8 months prior I just put a pillow under my back to tip my pelvis.

I've gotten pregnant doing these things and not doing these things (and have gotten BFN doing these things and not doing these things) but I've heard:

100% grape juice or red wine around implantation time
pineapple core cut into 5 pieces - eat them 1-5dpo
keep your feet warm
drink lots of water
sex around implantation time

The month we got our BFP we did the following:

- held legs to my chest for 10-15 mins after BD
- used preseed
- ate the pineapple core
- took B6 vitamin in addition to prenatals
- DH took multivitamin

Good luck!!

There may be something to this boozing theory because I was also bombed quite a lot the month I got pregnant with DD.

I drank a lot too! My best friend was getting married and we had the bach party, rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and several other events. I found out I was pregnant exactly one week after her wedding--I was like, "good thing the lil bean didn't drown" Chat Icon

That month I also used Wondfos along with Deanna's plan.

This month I got my BFP that finally seemed to stick. I wasn't having trouble conceiving, just implanting. I took B6 vitamins starting on CD 1 and then used progesterone cream starting CD 16 (I ovulated on CD 15 according to my Wondfos). I don't know if it actually helped but I had been TTC for 5 months and had 3 chemicals, 1 month of nothing, and now my line has been getting darker and darker. I am supposed to get AF tomorrow and my test line is as dark as my control line so we're extremely hopeful this one might stick!
