Personal Trainer
Im hoping to get back into shape but need the help of a trainer at least to get me motivated. Any recommendations?
Also, anyone recommend any places for yoga classes in Nassau County.

I am a trainer. Where do you workout?
EDit: I offer free services for my LIF friends. Especially if you just need somebody to help you get started. My full time profession is teaching. However, I warn you. I've been studying hard and learned many things from some full one trainer friends recently so if you train with e, it may hurt! Lol
