Gd ladies and keytone testing
In addition to testing my sugar levels I need to do morning keytone checks. I keep ending up higher on the levels moderate and I'm having trouble getting it back to the normal levels with keeping my numbers below 130.
Any suggestions for me?

I had to test ketones too. When they were high I found I needed to increase my protein.

i had GD both pregnancies, and never had to check keytones, only had to do a few 24 hr urine collections but that was to check protien
