Can you ovulate without getting period while BFing?
My friend EBF her son who will be two in March. She is weaning him now, he only gets BF once a day. She has not gotten her period back yet. Anyone have any experience? She wants to TTC soon, could she be ovulating if she does not have her period? Any insight or advice would be so helpful, Thanks!

Can you ovulate without getting period while BFing?
The only time that would happen would be if you got pregnant that cycle. So once she starts ovulating, she will get her period if she doesn't get pregnant. But it's entirely possible to ovulate for the first time and get pregnant, thus not getting your period. HTH!

Yes you can - that's how I got pregnant this time; bfing, never got my period, got morning sickness and found out I was preggo

My friend just found out last week she is preggo, she has been EBF for the past 11 months. She never got her period.

Yes, this. She could ovulate once before getting a period but it wouldn't happen month after month. Once you ovulate you'll get your period back.
