Made this yesterday with what I had in house.

Browned and crumbled 2 pieces of sweet Italian sausage
Added a bit of olive oil and half a chopped onion
1 small can of petite chopped tomato
Add 6-8 cups of chicken broth bring to a boil
Add one cup of ditalini or other all small pasta
Added one package of defrosted spinach and rinsed channelini beans

Made garlic bread from a loaf of semolina I had in the freezer
