Letrozole (Femara) day #1
Started Letrozole for the first time this morning. So nervous.. Any anecdotes, comments, personal experiences welcome.

I took Femara for the first time last month. Nothing exciting to report. I didn't have the hot flashes or headaches I had with Clomid. I took it during the day too.

I liked Letrozole much more than Clomid. Where Clomid made me crazy and I developed some weird low immunity (every cycle got super sick for 3 straight months each time I would start taking it), Letrozole gave me no trouble.

So far so good! I was so nervous about side effects but the most is just a little sleepy, but I like to nap so that's ok. Today is day 3 of the pill so almost finished. So the next question is the IUI. It seems like this is a quick and painless procedure. Any reccomendations for before and after? I like the old wives tales and am willing to try anything...fingers crossed and sending everyone dusty days!
