First Cycle
Ughhhhhh! Common! We have been saving and scraping for months and months- finally was supposed to start my first IVF after tons of failed IUI cycles last year.... Went in this morning for CD2 bloodwork and sono to get the A-ok to start.... Everything was good to go until I just got a call saying my estradiol levels were higher than they like and to come back tomorrow for more blood and sono again to see what's going on! WTH? I've never had high estradiol results before and I feel like I've done a million blood tests!! Why now??? I don't even know what it means and of course I went ahead and googled which was clearly a mistake.
Sorry all- needed to vent! Don't even wanna tell DH bc he was so excited to start. And now maybe we can't. This sux.

Oh man! I'm sorry! I know how you feel...we had to skip this month too. I had left over cysts.
Did you have any cysts left on your ovaries on the sono? Sometimes cysts can produce estrogen.

No cysts..... We haven't done any meds since our last IUI this summer and nothing showed up on sono. It stinks bc we took like 6 months break to save money and were so excited to start up now we might be forced to wait another.
