BBQ cook and wait staff for party recommendation??
We live in smithtown and i'm toying with the idea of hiring a person to BBQ and also waitstaff this summer for our daughters 1st bday. any suggestions? i cant find anything under the search.

I've hired Famous Dave's BBQ for work events and their food is fabulous! The restaurant is located in Smithtown, but I know they travel.
They also have a location in Westbury. They can deliver and provide staff or you can pick-up. It's up to you.

i just called them but i'm not too sure if i want that kind of food.... i'm more ineterested in basic hamburgers/hotdogs/hero/ & salads.

Try Fireside. We were looking to use them for catering and they offer packages with what you are looking for

Woodbury Country Deli does a nice bbq package with hamburgers, hot dogs, etc. they send staff that sets up, cooks the food, cleans up.
They are very professional and they will do a party anywhere on Long Island.

Libbq.com came highly recommendedby my bf. this is what he said :
We used LIBBQ.com for catering my mom's 60th. They were excellent! Food was delicious & the helpers were excellent & exceeded my expectations

We've used Gerald and his staff in the past for our BBQ parties:
The BBQ Chef For Hire
a link to some customer reviews
They were great...money well spent! (and reasonable in price.)
We just supplied the food, although I believe Gerald can get it for you as well.

We used The BBQ KING four DD's 1st birthday. They were amazing! We didnt have to do anything. Everyone raved about them and they even got some more bookings from our guests after that.

I believe this is who we used for DS' birthday party (and yes I am guilty of falling into "today's" birthday standards LOL) and he was fantastic.
