Activities for 19 Month Old
I'm a SAHM to a 19 month old (with baby #2 on the way!) and need some ideas of what to do with him. We do all our errands together and go for lots of walks, go to the park, we went to the local farm and saw all the animals the other day, but I feel like he's getting a little bored. Any indoor activity suggestions would be appreciated, too. Thanks, girls!

Le Play Cafe Once Upon a Treetop Broadway Mall has a play area by the food court (it's pretty empty in the mornings, but in the afternoons, there's TONS of kids, mostly older) Gymboree classes and/or open play Library classes / events (our library does something once a week for kids that age) United Skates in Seaford has open play for $5 per kid on Wed mornings and they have 2 characters come in as well (there's no skating, they just run around) Obviously there's also playgrounds and whatnot.

Finger paint!!!!!
I think he would lick it off his fingers lol. He still puts a lot into his mouth because he is a late teether (first tooth at 11.5 months, and still only has the front 8!).

A cardboard box! Add some crayons and stickers and you're good to go. A swing for the backyard, bubbles, chalk. Just watch him with putting things in the mouth and he may surprise you if you correct him a few times and learn not to. DD loves to do model magic (haven't tried real play doh), finger painting, paint with water, play with dry beans.

Make the play doh! Then if he eats it by chance it's okay because it won't be toxic. Pinterest has a ton of ideas!
