spaghetti squash recipe
I sautéed onions, garlic, chicken sausage, cherry tomaotes. I added some spices a splash of broth. I threw in the squash and a little bit of butter. It was so tasty :)

Re: spaghetti squash recipe
Here is my casserole creation for dinner tonight:
Steamed squash and shredded it off skin and spread on greased lasagna pan
Sautéed onion in olive oil til translucent Add chopped kale and garlic When kale was cooked add chopped fully chicken sausage (has spinach in it) and baby portobellos Cook for a few more minutes
Spread above mixture on top of squash
Add cup of shredded mozz and baby Swiss combo
Drizzle some olive oil on in
Bake on 425 covered with foil for 20 min then take foil off til cheese bakes a bit more
Yum!!!

Re: spaghetti squash recipe
I always eat it like i would pasta - with a real thick meat sauce! Lets me feel like I am eating pasta when I serve the real thing to the kids! HAHA
I cook it for 1 hr on the oven upside down on a grill in a pan - so all the juices drip out into the pan and keep it from getting soggy - I like it on the "Al-dente" side!
