I let it marinate for 24 hours but the recipe says you can go as little as 4 and up to 24.

I made this recently and it was really good. I probably marinated for 6-8 hours.

I think with London broil, the longer you marinate, the better it is (both for flavor and for tenderizing the meat). So I always try to do overnight/24 hours when possible.
That marinade looks really good!
