Easy beef dish for a party
We recently grilled marinated flank steaks for London broil, and they were a big hit. Served them sliced thin with fixings for hot sandwiches.

A nice big fat marinated London broil sliced thin or cater beef with garlic sauce from your favorite chinese restauraunt.

We just did marinated skirt steak for ds's 1st birthday. Dh grilled it before the guests came and then we quickly heated in the sternos...it was a HUGE hit
