Pcos dr

Hi ladies. I wasn't really sure where to post this as we aren't ttc right at this moment. I have 2 girls both of who were conceived from seeing a RE and having iuis. We want to have another child but we have no if coverage. My main issue is pcos. I have been off bc since nov and haven't had a period since. I want to try tackling pcos and maybe if I can control it more I can ttc on my own. I'm looking for a good Dr. who has knowledge about pcos not one that just says oh go on bc. I'd prefer an obgyn in suffolk but I'd be willing to do a little traveling for someone really good.

You might want to try acupuncture, I think it helped with my pcos!

Pcos dr

Are you on Metformin? I heard that helps with PCOS. If not I would try holistic remedies like wheatgrass and acupuncture. Good luck!

I'm currently not but have been. The np said she doesn't prescribe it that I have to an endocrinolist which I will do but I just want a dr who understands pcos more.

Dr. Byrne in garden city. I live in eastern Suffolk and go see him. I have struggled with pcos since I was 13 and have been to about 11 gynecologist in the past 13 years. He is by far the best and I know many women whom I'm friends with that use him and love him. I highly recommend.
