All depends on what you order. Some of the dresses are great quality and others are OK (I have never had to return anything because of quality, just some seem better than others). Same thing with sizing - I find the reviews and "details" to be pretty accurate and helpful.

Totally depends. I've always relied on the reviews.
I like modcloth, but I think some of the items are overpriced with regard to the quality (kinda like Anthropologie)
