Wish I was in a better place...
I'm on Day 6 of my 2nd Ivf cycle and just feeling blah mentally. I really wish I could be more positive, especially during stimming. I started acupuncture, started eating right about 2 weeks ago and already lost 5 lbs... but I'm still just not in a good mood. I'm wondering if I should have waited a little longer until I was in a better frame of mind, but age is a factor for us since we are in the 40 and over range. Maybe the MC back in Feb is fresh in my mind also... I'm sure the daily headaches aren't helping.. I get them with the meds.
Just keeping myself busy.. thanks for listening to me vent

this whole process is draining and it is completely understandable for you to be feeling the way you are... try and stay as positive as possible...

I'm sorry you are feeling like this. It's totally normal and usually a mixture of exhaustion, hormones and lack of control in the situation. Take it day by day and try to look forward. I know it's not easy.
Try to take time to read, relax and meditate during acu.
Circle and bloom is great for that!
