we lost my FIL 2 months ago to end stage lung cancer. He fought hard for 13 months. Keep your spirits up and be there for your entire family and enjoy every day to the fullest - even the hard ones.

Along with what others have suggested you may also want to contact the drug manufacturer. They may have a special program that will help with the expenses of their drugs.

Thank you all soooooo much.... I am currently in a Social Security/Medicare/Medicaid black hole of waiting 20 or minutes on hold only to have them offer no/ varying non-options. I wish I could just get him private insurance but we cant if hes on medicare.
For the record... make sure anyone u know takes part A & B!! my asshat dad only took A and now we're scrambling to get him treatments :(
