nausea

Seabands, constant snacking on small meals (no more big meals), and acupuncture.

They are the wrist bands they sell in just about any pharmacy in the motion sickness section. They are for motion sickness & morning sickness.

You can buy the seabands a the drug store. They have little balls that push on certain pressure points on your wrist that help with nausea (motion sickness etc). They work really well. So mad I lost 1; and don't want to spend the $10 again! LOL!

I put them on the few times I got queasy like cooking dinner last night. The rice I usually make totally made me want to puke. Even thinking about it is making me want to run to the bathroom !Chat Icon
They usually kick in fast and take the edge off so I can eat something. Once I eat, the nausea goes away for me and I'll take them off. I don't have full blown sickness but I do have food aversions and get queasy if I am not eating enough.
