consultation with RE
I am going to call for a consultation with an RE , is there any point in your cycle that you should have one, or does it not really matter. Do they even do anything at a consultation that I even need to worry about this?

I don't think it matters. They are going to talk to you about your history, order tests, etc. It will be at least one cycle before you start. I'd just get the appointment as soon as possible. Your first tests they will probably want to do on Day 3, so have you consultation before then.

ITA, I went on different days of my cycles and just had to call back when I got AF to go in on CD 3.

consultation with RE
we didnt plan it based on anything and i ended up going on CD2 or CD3, did some initial testing that would have been done either way. the only downfall was that we had to wait a full month to REALLY get started, but there is so much to do in between that it was fine (HSG, social worker meeting, nurse meeting, obgyn for some tests, neurologist in my case, etc etc)
