Best mac & cheese at a restaurant
Not a very big restaurant, but I love Mac & Melts in Garden City. AHHHH-MAZING mac & cheese and grilled cheese.

Thanks. Been there - thought it was OK, but looking for more of a "real" restaurant, not a fast food type place.

Biscuits and BBQ in Mineola. The place is hidden and very casual but it is so, so good.

I really like Grillfire's macaroni and cheese, they have locations in RVC & Merrick.
Louie's in Port Washington has an awesome lobster mac & cheese!

More of a Bar...but I love the Mac&Cheese from the Republic in Farmingdale on main street. and they have buffalo mac and cheese :)

Brickhouse brewery in Patchogue has a smoked gouda mac and cheese that is to die for. It's really a side, but it's a pretty good portion!

Speakeasy LB. They just changed to their summer menu so they stopped doing the "build your own" mac n cheese which i'm bummed about. still looks good tho
