Toppings for White Fish

If I bake up some plain, flounder fillets... what kinds of toppings can I throw on there to make it not-plain? Any suggestions?

Avocado, Tomato, Mango Salsa Awesome topping for white fish. It's also the only way I enjoy salmon.

Otherwise I would go with breadcrumbs and lemon.

Re: Toppings for White Fish

I just recently found a recipe that is AMAZING. Seriously, i am salivating just thinking about it:

Mix bread crumbs, parmesan cheese ( I use the one in a tall green container from Trader Joe) and olive oil. Brush fish with a little bit of olive oil, place mixture on top of each fillet and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.

SOOOOO good!

Do you bread it on both sides on just on top? Do you bake in aluminum foil?
